Any shortcomings in respect of any Umpire and a mark of
2 or less
in any one section must be recorded in the box below.
Captains should discuss and mark the Umpires even if they disagree over the actual marks to be awarded.
One captain is allowed to mark differently from the other captain, if he wishes.
Captains should mark on the presumption that all Umpires start from a position of excellence (5)
and mark accordingly, only deducting marks if actual incidents justify this within each category.
